Digital Delivery Policy

Everything we sell is digital
All current NORTHSTAR products are digital. Nothing is physically shipped, and no shipping address is needed for any NORTHSTAR purchase.
How delivery works
Payment and electronic access are handled by the marketplace shown at checkout. After a successful payment, the marketplace normally provides access to your purchase electronically — typically as a download or through your marketplace account. Delivery timing and mechanics remain subject to the marketplace's terms.
Keep your order information
Please retain your marketplace account details and order information. They are how the marketplace identifies your purchase if you ever need to restore access or ask about an order.
If something goes wrong
Download or access problems should first be reported through the marketplace where you purchased, since it controls payment and delivery. You may also email northstarappstudio@gmail.com and we will help however we can.
