This website does not process purchases
NORTHSTAR does not currently process customer purchases directly through this website. There is no checkout on this site, and NORTHSTAR does not charge your card or hold your payment information.
Marketplace purchases
Purchases of NORTHSTAR products made through Agensi are governed by the refund terms presented by Agensi at checkout and in Agensi's current terms. Refund and cancellation requests are processed by the marketplace, not by NORTHSTAR.
To request a refund, use the contact information or refund process provided by the marketplace where you made your purchase, and consult the marketplace terms that were in effect at the time of purchase.
No recurring subscription
NORTHSTAR products are one-time digital purchases. Buying a product does not create a recurring NORTHSTAR subscription, and there is no NORTHSTAR billing relationship to cancel. If a marketplace offers subscription features of its own, those are governed by the marketplace's terms.
